Dr. Eric Bergery Jr., a United States Air Force Veteran, has spent over twenty years in distinguished leadership roles in human capital, learning and development, training, and security operations within high-stakes environments. He now leverages this extensive experience to develop future leaders through his consulting practice, academic contributions, and commitment to human development.
In addition to his military service, Eric has been an educator for more than 18 years and currently serves as an Adjunct Communications Professor at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. He holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and focuses on advancing transformative educational and workforce initiatives.
After two decades of dedicated service, Eric retired from the United States Air Force in May 2024, culminating a career that ended at the Pentagon. His assignments included stations in South Korea, Italy, New Jersey, California, Maryland, and Washington, D.C., along with multiple deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan in support of Operations IRAQI FREEDOM and ENDURING FREEDOM.
